Don't buy this hoover it came with a usa plug so I got a plug converter all great, started it up it was very loud and I saw orange sparks then smoke shotting out I've only had this hoover 2 days and this happened the 1st time I used it.

This is a lovely lightweight vacuum, BUT it comes with a USA style two pin plug, so you can buy a converter to change it to a three pin, but I didn't think the power would be same as the UK, so I returned it

Plugged it in and instead of sucking was blowing everywhere then sparks started coming out of the plastic bit at the bottom. Freaked me out. Nearly started a fire. I notice another person had the same experience! Also comes with a American plug so you need an adapter in the UK. I'd avoid this like the plague.

After no more than 3 minutes of use, the hoover started sparking and smoking. I’m hoping the seller contacts me regarding a refund as I am currently unable to find a way to contact them.

I got this vac and it set on fire in my house where my kids were lucky we got the vacuum cleaner out And we all safe

Please do not buy, I bought this, it was not a uk plug, so I purchased a world plug to use with this product, started to hoover it quickly smelt of burning, I heard the plug socket make a noise, next minute there was a pop sound,flames then smoke, I had to run downstairs turn all my electrics off, my children had to open their bedroom windows and we all had to come down stairs, due to the smoke and smell that also set my fire alarm off. I called amazon about this, all they have done is make a refund, its disgusting. Please do not buy this situation could have been worse, its scared and traumatised my children.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE IN THE UK!! The US plug should of told me but I bought a converter plug first time using it, very loud then lots of smoke and flames

I bought this vacuum because I was looking for something affordable, and it really exceeded my expectations. Yes, this vacuum picks up dirt and pet hair really well on both hard floors and carpets. It is lightweight and the maneuverability and durability are what I was expecting and my needs were met in those areas. The attachments, as well, helped me to reach those places that are harder to reach to clean. The stability is fine, given that it is lightweight plastic, and the versatility allowed for several cleaning options. But, every single time that I vacuum, I have to stop and unplug the vacuum, sit down on the floor and remove all the hair wound around the beater brush, AND empty the canister BEFORE I can continue vacuuming. So if I vacuum the whole house, I have to go through this whole process like 4 times, costing me extra time, effort, and energy. I would not re-purchase this vacuum. Maybe the brand, but not this model.
