How fast does this work to lower blood pressure?

I was misdiagnosed with high blood pressure when I actually had a magnesium deficiency. I reversed my "high blood pressure" with 2 doses (1,000mg total) a day of magnesium chelate, noon and night. Noticed a huge difference after a week, and I am still on the magnesium because it works. I have not tried this garlic but maybe my experience helps someone. Worth a shot.

How long does it usually take to start working? Do you notice results right away?

...forgive me for being a bit bold...NEITHER...you take this product...along with modified eating habits...they work together...and your body begins to behave in a different manner...MY RESULT IS SLOWLY CHANGING...my last blood pressure monitor at the doctors office was 146 over 97 ( June )... it is currently 113 over 77 ( just now )...these results ( of Course ) will vary...BUT IT HAS COME DOWN SIGNIFICANTLY...a side note...I also take the 104s for cholesterol ( one MAY help the other )...we'll see those results In December...

I understand there is no garlic after taste with this product., but can you notice “garlic breath”afterwards. Love garlic, hate the smell after eating

I do notice a little bit of very mild garlic taste when I burp occasionally for just a second, but other than that no garlic breath. It's not at all like the garlic supplements where you have that garlic taste all day. I teach elementary school art and if I had garlic breath the kids would have no problem letting me know. No complaints so far.
