I love this set. As a problem sleeper I was looking for a simple and non-invasive or addictive sleep remedy, and someone mentioned the Sanctuary Sleep Mist. As a big fan of their gift sets, especially at Christmas, I was familiar with the quality of Sanctuary products and decided to give it a go. The sleep spray is one of two products in the set. It's got a pleasing, delicate and musky fragrance and when applied to the pillow is comforting to inhale as you drift off. I'm not saying I had more sleep since I started using it, but I've not woken up as much and the quality of my sleep seems better. The other product is a warming muscle balm, heavily scented with ginger - my favourite! And I find it really nice to apply to my upper arm and my knee, after a shower, both of which can be painful during the cold and damp. Using the set, after a both or shower, when you've got fresh bedding and clean pyjamas is absolutely the best and will definitely enhance your sleep experience. The gift set is really well prised and beautifully packaged. great to buy for someone else, or a treat for yourself.

I did read the reviews first but after years of deep insomnia I am ready to try anything at this point. The mist is a very light smell, quite pleasant and did make me feel relaxed in bed but it didn't help with the initial falling asleep, however I do use the twilight lavender spray from lush and find it works really well for helping me nodd off. The body cream, is...well... Again, a nice light scent. I put a really small blob along my arms and on my shoulders as I'm always really tense there. At first, it was really hot instantly and I did rash a little in certain sensitive skin parts of my arms and shoulders. Not painful, but quite uncomfortable. After about 30 minutes the initial burn feeling went away but my skin was quite hot to touch. Then after 60 minutes from applying it; my skin is still warm, the rash has gone away but my muscles underneath do feel quite relaxed. So even though unpleasant at first, I do believe it works and would definitely apply it again if I have sore tense muscle pains. Overall, a decent product, it isn't amazing but it does take the edge of.

The cream is very strong so if you have a pulled muscle or similar it's great but not soothing for bed time..the spray is gorgeous
