This is a great product! My boss used it on her toddlers hair and she suggested it to me when I was griping about the high price of Miss Jessie's products. I'm African American (with a white father and African mother) with natural hair. My hair has a range of different textures which can make finding the right product challenging - I twist it if I want it curly of comb/brush it thru and let it air dry if I want it without defined curls. This is a light weight product (light on scent too, thank you!) but heavy enough to hold the curl formation for a couple of days even with attending the gym and bootcamp class! and I'm bouncing around and sweating a lot plus sleeping on it! Granted I use a silk pillow case and I do have to use a heavier gel if I want to pull it back in a bun but it works great on curls - highly recommend and it's so inexpensive with natural products - yay!

Take this from someone who's spent probably $300 on hair products that failed to work. My boyfriend's aunt is a salonist and she showed me original sprout products. I started off with the shampoo & conditioner and it has done AMAZING things for my hair. Better than anything I have EVER used. Now I decided to try a treatment to keep my hair healthy and when I first used this, it was amazing. It doesn't feel heavy and it goes through your hair so nicelyy. It smells amazing and it truly does keep your haiir soft and less frizzy. Even my boyfriend said so! Worth that bit of money!

After years of fighting with my girls to let me brush their hair, I finally found a formula that works great for us! This conditioner is part of it. I always put this conditioner in their hair after a bath (where I use just a cheap shampoo, maybe a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner). Their hair usually dries easy to brush through and there's no static. Sometimes after they sleep on it, it gets a little knotty, so I spray Original Sprout 12 oz Miracle Detangler in it and then brush it with Denman Tangle Tamer-Pink . These products all work so well. I'm so happy to have found things for my kids' hair that they and I love!! I highly recommend all of them.

Saw a recommendation for Original Sprout on a parenting community. My daughter (1 1/2) has super fine hair and because it is winter, it is super static-y right now. I thought I'd give it a shot since nothing else has helped. First off, this stuff smells amazing. It smells just like you walked out of a salon. And it left her hair soft, easy to comb through and did not weight her down. The next day - no static. That night, after washing my own hair, I stole a bit and found my hair looked GREAT the next day. Again, not heavy, super soft, and my curls were more defined. (I bought the curl product too and also love it). I am getting 2 bottles of this - one to keep in her bathroom and one in mine so I don't have to walk across the house to get some! Love that it is natural, good for the entire family and again the scent. Highly recommended.

After reading a ton of reviews on different leave-in conditioners for kids, I decided to splurge and buy this one. One of my boys has wild curly hair that if left untamed, makes him look like he stuck his finger in an electrical outlet and then vigorously rubbed a balloon all over his head. Aside from having naturally curly hair, I think his shampoo was also drying his hair out so it was time to do something about it. Overall, I'm very happy with the Original Sprout Leave-in Conditioner. It's light weight, doesn't feel greasy and it worked immediately to settle the frizziness and give his hair a nice, smooth texture. The only thing that I don't love about the product is the strong scent. While it's a nice smell, for me it's too strong and overpowering. That being said, my mom and baby sitter absolutely LOVE the scent as do other reviewers so I guess I'm the odd man out here. A little goes a long way so even though it's pricey, one bottle will last a long time for a child with short-ish hair.

I have a 6 month old with hair down to the middle of her back, and all I could find anywhere about conditioning said hair for a baby so young was frankly for babies with extremely course African hair. My baby has silky soft golden brown ringlets, so that certainly wasn't helpful. So I decided to experiment with the most highly rated leave-in conditioner on Amazon that is approved for small ones. Best decision I have made as far as online purchases go. It doesn't leave a greasy residue but it helps SO MUCH with the tangles that she would get constantly, it also smells fantastic, like a professional product, but not too overwhelming. I apply it right out of the bath with my hands and finger it through her hair until it's nicely coated and then I break out the comb and brush her hair opposite of the direction it's growing to get it evenly distributed and then let it dry.

My 19 month old has very fine, feathery hair, and though, she hardly has any hair still, the back gets matted after just a few hours of having combed it due to the texture. This has solved that problem! I put it in after washing and can easily comb out the knots. Keeps her hair moisturized and knot-free :) also smells nice!

It's great! This product line is wonderful for all ages but particularly children that come into contact with other children who may have lice. This product has ingredients that does not promote lice growth. It's a blessing! Thank you Original Sprout!

Bonjour, Je ne saurais rien dire encore sur le produit parce que je viens de le recevoir à l'instant mais à ma grande déception, le coli a été livré à la mauvaise adresse et quand je l'ai reçu de la personne qui l'a pris à ma place le paquet été ouvert et la bouteuille contenant le produit cassée et ne ressemble pas du tout à celle affichée sur la photo à coté... Déçue je suis du service de livraison...

I use this as a detangler for my daughter, whose hair is curly and very fine. It's a little pricey but you only need to use a little with each application so the bottle lasts for several months. It is delicate enough to detangle without weighing her hair down. It works best on wet or damp hair, but if we are in a real hurry I just wet my hand and then run the detangler through her hair with my fingers. On our summer holidays we use this daily, otherwise we only use this as and when necessary. This product does have a strong smell but neither me nor my daughter find it unpleasant.
