Everyone was raving about how good it tasted
I smoked some chicken breasts in a Bradley smoker using the Caribbean bisquettes and a rub made entirely of the spiceologist rasta rub. Everyone was raving about how good it tasted. Best jerk chicken nachos ever! Its hard to know exactly what type of wood this is. I am guessing it is oak with some allspice additive.
