Sturdy build and playable setup.
It's a good building for 28mm scale tabletop games with a 1" grid. It comes with a metal file and assembly instructions, but the instructions were missing for the 3rd floor. It was easy enough to figure out without the instruction. Tacky glue was a must to keep the build solid. It will fall apart without glue.

Great just need instructions.
Just wish you would post a video with the instructions for assembling. The paper instructions aren’t detail enough.
