Will these fit inside a trash can? Looking to buy reusable bags to fit in the kitchen recycling bin

No really. Too small. They are meant to be a stand alone waste bins, but unfortunately the garbage men eventually threw them away. Now I use paper bags or cardboard boxes.

Does a 13 gallon trash bag fit in these?

Yes. I’m sure it will. I use a trade Joe paper bag in mine.

What s the carrying weight of this bag?

I do not know the weight but the roll of bags in the bag holder is very light. I have it attached to the leash.

does anyone know if one (assuming you probably cant fit both simultaneously) will fit inside a standard-sized under-sink cabinet?

One fits easily under my kitchen cabinet, and two would fit simultaneously if not for the garbage disposal.
