The twin pack was shipped in 2 separate boxes. only one USPS tracking number was supplied so when they did not arrive on the same day I was concerned that I was only getting 1 battery. I tried calling but it was after hours on Friday. I sent a message to the seller. The second battery showed up Saturday. I sent another message to the seller letting them know. The box looked really rough, but the battery was fine. Both have been installed and seems to be working just fine. Here it is early Monday and already received replies from the seller. I have every intention of working with them again.
