I've been filling the large bag with reusable ice cubes- it has had a lot of use this week already.. Husband has benefitted from using the ice pack in the heatwave. It's good to have the various sizes in the pack of three. If you just want to use the bags to keep cool then perhaps a couple of the large bags are better than the pack of three. The bags are well made and don't leak. They would be ideal for pain relief. These bags look professional and are easy to transport. If you use reusable ice cubes choose small ones in order to remove them with your fingers without any difficulty. Well worth having this item.

Brilliant. I suffer with migraines and this simple solution with cold tap water is a great help..stays cool long enough to make a difference. I’m sure it would be good for sprains and sorts as the water inflated bag moulds easily to be of benefit.

I used with hot water. It did work to relieve the pain. Did not stay warm for very long. But useful to have. Not used with ice yet

These are so handy. Had one for years and it finally spring a leak. Bought this set of 3 sizes which I thought was exceptional value and they feel a bit more heavy duty than my old one. Easy to travel with as well.
