Will this fit the trailer tire st225-75 rx15?

Read the product detail it will answer your question. My trailer tire size is 205-75 x15, your tire size is very common. I have more than enough room to place on a smaller tire or larger than your size. For the price it's definitely a value, built very well and you will have a piece of mind. I also bought a coupler lock for added security. If someone wants to steal a trailer, car, truck and or something valuable it will be done with or without a security device or alarm. Would I recommend YES, family YES and friends YES. Left my trailer loaded over 30k in toys on the street several days not attached to truck, I also carry full insurance in case it was stolen. What is the purpose of the spikes and won't they damage the tire?

To me, looks like the spikes hold the boot in place and if there was an attempt to steal may flatten tire to keep from being stolen.
