How does this ultimate eyebright gel compare to tolb's other vitamin c eye gel?

For me, the vitamin C eye gel is not nearly as good.

Does this work well under makeup?

I don't know about under, but I mix it (on the back of my hand) with my concealer and my concealer goes on very smoothly. Works great!

Do you use this twice a day?

You can use this twice a day if you would like. It's fine to use under your eye make-up if you choose. Personally, I do use it twice daily for the most part but definitely after I wash my face at night. A single pump is more than enough for both eyes so push gently. I am not in any way associated with Tree of Life other than as a customer but I use many products from their line and am pleased with my results. As a retiree I may have more time than many so I do a full regimen of their various skin care products...but, also as a retiree, I have a great respect for the affordability of this line. I am 75 and have always been a "drug store brand" user of skincare. My skin is exceptional (not bragging, just saying). The Tree of Life products more than compete in both their performance and affordability.
