Great flour
First time using sprouted flour.....and it's awesome! It smells so fresh and richer than unsprouted whole wheat flour. My sourdough bread turned out amazing.

Love sprouted whole wheat!
The best, healthy flour! I can't do regular American wheat flour because of inflammation, but this sprouted whole grain wheat flour works for me. The sprouting process removes some of the inflammatory elements. I mix it half and half with whole grain rye flour and make sourdough, then refrigerate the baked bread before eating to increase the resistant starch as much as possible. That makes a loaf I can eat without followup pain! It does make a dense loaf so keep that in mind. You won't get the high, fluffy rise of processed white flour, but it still bakes up a nice, flavorful, healthful bread. Do a long cold ferment to get the best flavor.

Works great for bread machine recipes!
Hubby and I are trying to eat healthier and bread is a tough one. After doing lots of research, I ordered this brand of organic, non-GMO sprouted wheat flour and made a loaf of bread using my bread machine and one of my go-to recipes. However, I modified it a little: in place of milk, I used Kiefer, which is a fermented milk and has lots of probiotics (I've been using it in my morning smoothies lately), I used Kerry Gold butter (which is grass fed), I added a half cup of organic, non-GMO oats (to give the bread a softer texture), I added 2 tablespoons of seed mix (Chia, flax and hemp) and used organic brown sugar. I tell you what, it tastes so amazingly good! ๐คฉ๐ Thank you for a fabulous product!

Good Flour - Different Texture
I love this flour because it is glyphosate free. It is whole wheat so it will change the texture of what you make! Example: Cookies - a little more gritty. Bread - more heavy. But it is great if you are looking for a healthier non glyphosate whole wheat flour.

Awesome sour dough flour! Only flour I use now. A bit pricey, but worth it.
This makes very good bread, and is excellent for gluten or wheat sensitive people like myself. I can eat this without any bloating or bad effects, and it works incredibly well in sour dough recipes. Like all whole wheat, it's baking with it is a bit heavy, but this flour gives a clean, silky feel to bread, and isn't as chunky as regular whole wheat.
