Best innertubes I've used
They're the only inner tubes I'll use for my bike now. If I get a hole in my tire, it seals itself and stays sealed depending on how big the hole is. I ride more confidently, worry less, and feel less anxious using these inner tubes.

Good quality inner tubes and the sealant does work for small punctures
The tubes themselves are about as high quality as there is. I have had many thorn punctures that sealed with these. I highly recommend these for low speed cruiser bikes, And if you change your tubes frequently. You must realize that the sealant only lasts a couple of years before it starts to thicken and not spread throughout the tube as it originally did. Slime says you can add more and just keep on riding, which is fine.

Itโs a Winner.
Fits well ,clean packaged good, easy installation, aired right up ,no leaks no messy overflow & if there is a difference in weight for product itโs not noticeable.one last detail you get a Green SLIME valve cap to use any way you like ( reminder slime in use here or whatever maybe the color green fits your vehicle ๐ฒ๐๏ธ๐ด๐.

Reliable tube but perhaps unreliable sizing
I have to give 4 stars because I think my second tube was 29โ not 26โ it didnโt fit! But my first install is still going strong near 1000mi havenโt telled if it did anything slimey but works! Tubes add a bit of weight to the wheel but feels tough and added confidence

after good time of use liquid might clog valve
good ones but with time the green liquid clogs the valve

Two things... Updated Sept 2022 and deleted three stars.
***** Update September 2022**** Unfortunately, the second tube failed in the same way that the first one did. The second photo shows this tube with the Slime still on it. You will see that that the second tube let go in nearly the same spot as the first and that there are bubbles in that area that didn't burst, just like the first tube. I'm not sure what to say and I hate to write a bad review. There seems to be a bunch of great ratings, but unfortunately, I got a set with what look to be matching, manufacturing defects. The tubes were on two different wheels and let go in the same manner, in almost the same place. So there wasn't an issue with my rims, or rim strips. Thankfully, both tubes failed while the bike was parked in the garage. If they had blown while on a ride, I would have been walking because the Slime didn't seal the leaks. For now, I do not plan on purchasing these again and will see how Schwalbe tubes do. You'll see mention of a Bell tube in the original review below. As of now, it is still installed and doing fine, but will be removed when I install the pair of Schwalbe tubes. The Bell will be kept as a back up. ****Original 4 star review below...*** The tubes were purchased and installed 9-22-21 and were not reviewed until June, 2022 when the rear tube let go. Tubes seem to be a crap shoot. Will you get the right tube from an online order (presta/schrader, size, sealant or not) installation, type of riding etc etc. Finally after all that...will it last? When buying tubes keep a few things in mind... On older bikes with Schrader valves, some sizes are becoming difficult to find. However, you can convert to a Presta. Just use a lock ring to secure the valve in the larger rim hole and an adapter to air them up with standard pumps and compressors. Get Rim Strips or Tape. I've bought both Slime and Bell tubes and neither came with them. With the above being said....The two things I noticed with these tubes had to do with the sealant. The first, if you visit Slime's website you will learn that there is an expiration date on the sealant. However, there is no indication of an expiration date on the packaging of these tubes. The second, be prepared to have some splatter of sealant from the Schrader, whenever you air up or deflate the tubes. It's no big deal, but it happens. So have something handy to wipe it up and make sure the valve is at the lowest point of the wheel as it helps a little. As to my experience with these tubes: They installed easily on a 2003 GT Palomar with 26" wheels and 1.95" Specialized Hemisphere tires. They were inflated to 55lbs and saw a few short test rides on pavement with a 220-230lb rider. From there, they sat as it was the end of the riding season in the northeast (2021). These had been purchased and installed due to the failure of a Bell tube that was installed earlier in the year. After I did a full tear down and service on the bike in the spring, the tubes were brought back up to pressure, taken for a test ride and all was good. Unfortunately, a few days after the test ride, I found the rear tire to be completely flat. When I squeezed the tire, I heard air flowing in and out and knew there was a major failure with the tube. In the first picture you will see that I cleaned the Slime off the tube. You can also see where it failed and was beginning to bubble again. I checked the rim and there were no sharp spots where the tube failed. The rim strip was centered and solid (for what it's worth, the rim strip is a Kenda, which seems to be more like the rubber strips from the 80's, than the nylon feeling types some companies offer). It seems like a mfg. defect. But hey, all mfgs will have defects from time to time. I can't hate the company and product for what happened at this point. So I have left 4 stars to see how the other tube does. As of now, the Slime tube that didn't fail is in the front wheel and I put the Bell tube that didn't fail, in the rear. The Bell had been removed to install the pair of Slime tubes when one of the Bell's failed. The failure of the Bell, was not the tubes fault and I did write a review. I've ordered a pair of Schwalbe tubes as back ups, just in case the Slime or Bell fail. Hope this helps, good luck tube hunting and ride safe.

Reliable, Tough, and Surprisingly Convenient โ Excellent Performance
This bike inner tube with built-in Slime puncture sealant turned out to be far more impressive than I expected. Iโve used regular inner tubes for years, and dealing with sudden flatsโespecially on longer ridesโhas always been frustrating. This one immediately feels like an upgrade thanks to its added durability and the convenience of the self-sealing feature. Installation was simple and straightforward. The tube fits properly without feeling overly stiff or fragile, and once inflated, it holds air extremely well. The material itself feels thick and strong, which already gives more confidence compared to standard tubes. What really stands out, though, is the pre-installed Slime sealant. Knowing thereโs a built-in layer of defense inside the tube adds a level of assurance that you normally just donโt get with regular replacements. On my first ride using this tube, I intentionally took a route with rougher terrainโsmall debris, gravel, and uneven pathsโjust to test how it would hold up. The performance was excellent. The ride felt smooth, the tube maintained steady pressure, and I didnโt experience any slow leaks or pressure drops over time. Even if a small puncture had happened, the sealant is designed to immediately plug the hole and let you keep riding, and that peace of mind alone makes it worth choosing. This kind of tube is especially valuable for daily commuters or anyone who doesnโt want to constantly worry about random flats cutting into their schedule. The enhanced durability and built-in protection make it a great long-term option. Instead of carrying repair kits or dealing with messy sealant applications, everything is already handled for you inside the tube. Overall, this is a well-built, dependable, and thoughtfully designed inner tube that delivers on its promises. For riders who want less hassle and more riding time, itโs an easy recommendation. Solid 5 stars.
