Love this product. Has helped so much. I have an 1100 watt microwave. To be honest, we heat it for 25 seconds...it doesn't stay warm unless heating that long. It's not too hot where it would burn my son. I know they say "don't heat for longer than 20 seconds"...with that said, test it yourself. Is it the cure all, no, but I would say to any new parent, GET IT.

Stays warm for a while after heating it up! It helps his belly discomfort when we need it. It also helps with milk let down if you dont have a heated massager! He has enough room to use it as he grows. The heat pack inside is great quality and can hold up pretty well.

One of my 3 week old twins has had colic for the last week and we have not slept at ALLLL until last night I used this in combination with a few doses of colic calm after a warm bath and he basically slept through the night & I had to wake HIM to eat and change his diaper. He seems to really like this even when I don’t reheat it he seems to calm down as soon as I put it on him.

The product is generally useful and the heating effect works well and provides relief. However, the Velcro came off after a short time, which was disappointing in terms of durability. I expected it to be more sturdy. It’s okay for short-term use, but not very durable for long-term use.
