113 mg / tsp or 339 mg/ Tbsp. of sodium.. 2 real soy sauces have less than this. Pacific Islands American Soy Sauce has 250/Tbsp (gluten free). and Best of Thailand Lite Soy Sauce has 270/Tbsp.

Does this have any coconut flavor?

I use this to make beef jerky and put about half of a cup into three pounds of grass fed beef. In that context, I do not taste a coconut flavor. I'm not huge fan of coconut so that is great by me!

Yeast can make people with gluten sensitivities react... It says on the description that you add yeast, is that correct?
