Excellent and reliable deodorant! My boyfriend loveit I’ve been using Gillette for years, and this 4-pack is a great value. The scent is fresh and long-lasting, and it provides great protection against sweat all day — even during workouts. It doesn’t leave white marks on clothes and keeps feeling clean and confident. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a strong and dependable deodorant.

I started using this when Gillette came out with it many moons ago. I have been a fan ever since. Prior to this, I used Degree solid and was never happy with the residue it created and the way it seemed to destroy the sleeves of my undershirts. I liked the Cool Wave scent of the gel deodorant, so I tried it and never went back to solid. I have been using this product ever since. It stays put, does not feel overly wet, smells nice (both to me and my spouse), and is not aggressively destructive to clothing. I do have to retire some undershirt after a while because the armpits get petrified. I assume that is from the chemistry of the deoderant/antiperspirant and laundry soap and honestly it is not that bad. I have undershirts that last over 5 years before the pits are bad and by that time the whole shirt is basically ready to be ragged, so its certainly not a deal breaker. The size and shape of the container is good. Covers in one pass and is easy to use. One bit of warning, if you have a travel bag, keep this in a freezer storage bag or it will make a mess. I assume that the severe temperature and pressure changes of air travel cause the gel to extrude out of the container, so just be warned. Oh, and if you let it sit for a year, the gel might break down and all the product turns to liquid. That only happened once and it was in a hunting cabin which only sees use once a year. The brand-new unsealed one right next to it in the cabinet was just fine, so it must have to do with exposing the product to air or something. Either way, do with that information what you want.

I’ve been using the Cool Wave scent for a while, and the 4-pack is usually the best value. The clear gel is a major plus over solid sticks because it goes on cold and wet but dries down quickly without leaving any chalky residue on dark shirts. ​Performance & Testing: I put this to the test during 10+ hour shifts that involve a lot of physical movement. ​ Dryness: While it’s a gel, it doesn't feel "sticky" once it sets. It keeps me dry through heavy activity, and I haven't noticed any breakthrough sweat. ​ Scent: The "Cool Wave" is a classic clean, aquatic smell. It’s noticeable for the first few hours but settles into a subtle scent that doesn't clash with cologne or other products. ​Skin Sensitivity: Even with daily use, I haven’t experienced any irritation or "gel burn" that sometimes happens with high-alcohol formulas. ​The "Wobble": You have to be careful with the dial. If you click it too many times, the gel keeps oozing out after you’re done. Two clicks is usually plenty; anything more is just wasting product.

This is the only deodorant my husband uses. Whenever he couldn’t get it he would try another kind and it never worked. This keeps him clean and fresh smelling and really lasts all day. Keeps him dry too. No sweaty armpits. It comes out wet because it is gel and he says you don’t need a lot. It isn’t any more expensive than any other brand. So worth it. Hope they never stop making it. But don’t try to stock up too much. We bought like 12 one time and they last long, so the last couple dried up. It was definitely over a year or probably more. Our bad.
