100 stars! Easy to follow, very simply stated & guides you through each day. I highly recommend this to anyone with co-dependency issues in their fsmily. It is the best book on this subject I have ever seen. Love that it is written by christian authors who know the truth.

Very good way to follow-up the book "Take Your Life Back." The session are comprehensive and really make the strategies individualized so that the reader gets the most out of the book. Great growth tool!

I haven't started using the workbook yet, but I read the book from the library and it was so helpful that I ordered it and the workbook. I'm not a "self help" junkie but this one is GREAT!
