My favorite balsamic
This is my favorite balsamic vinegar-type condiment. It's not actually a balsamic vinegar, because it doesn't have any vinegar added to it, it's just the concentrated, aged, grape must. It looks, smells and tastes like a good quality balsamic vinegar: deep, rich, slightly sweet, tangy but not too tart. Great over grilled steaks, in oil and vinegar salad dressing, and for dipping good bread.

Good, inexpensive substitute for real Balsamic Vinegar
If you don't want to spring for a good quality balsamic vinegar, this product is much better than the cheap balsamics that you can find in most grocery stores.

A Hit!
I used this product as a dressing for my Caprese salad. I usually use balsamic, but this was so much better! I ordered this because Valerie Bertinelli uses this to top her Caprese salad and she was right!

Just okay.
It's hard to find a good vin cotta. This is adequate but does not have the richness of flavor I was looking for. I'll probably have to go to Italy one day for the real thing.....sigh!
