Received it early. I use it on my soups and salads. Will buy again.

I am so happy for my purchase. I love adding this to everything. I really didn't care for it alone with water, but I do love it's added benefits and flavor to my fresh veggies. I love adding this to quinoa pasta with kale, mushroom, squash, spinach, tuna, and Pomi - great healthy option for dinner. Will try other products as well!

Adds a good deal of flavor to otherwise rather bland vegetables--veggie stews and the like. I'm trying to lose weight, so I've been adding this supplement to a cup of warm water to drink between meals for a pick-me-up. I feel "safe" when I drink it because I know I'm not putting salt and other harmful elements into my body, and it tastes good with no calories to speak of. I'm grateful to be able to have it, I'll buy it again when it's gone! You may have to be of a certain "vegan" or "mostly vegan" mindset to enjoy it, but I'm certain it would be good in a meat based dish as well. If you can imagine a veggie powdered bouillon without salt or MSG, that would be a most apt description. .

For the price of this product and the lack of flavor, I wouldn't purchase it again, plus they take quite some time to ship it. It did not arrive within the shipping estimation that Amazon quoted, nor have any products that I have purchased from Dr. Fuhrman. There are other more flavorful salt free products that taste better and are much cheaper.

I was a little skeptical due to the price but it is really a large container for how much you need to use to make a difference in seasoning. And, what a great seasoning!! It really adds good flavor to ANY food and with out the salt.

Adding this product to my recipe gave me a headache and stomach ache. It contains soy, which I am allergic to, and was not aware was a ingredient.
