New Magnetic Tees
They work well, and so far hold up!

Good with one caveat
These tees work as advertised and I enjoy them except for one flaw. The small magnet in the top half will sometimes dislodge into the cavity of the tee. When this happens, the top half will not stay attached to the lower half. You don't want this to happen as you step to the tee. I think I am going to switch to the spring connected tees of the same design.

Very good but magnets come loose.
Durable, great for the range, and very good for driver consistency. Magnets that hold the tee on the base come loose after some swings. Recommend dropping rubber cement or epoxy to keep the magnet from coming loose. Superglue is too brittle to hold the magnets in place for more than a round. Update: Been using the same tee for over a month. I play 2-3 times a week and hit the range just as much. Each range session I use the tee about 50 times.

Works perfectly
Easy to set up on ranges without tees or turf options. Sticks easily in to mats and can be tethered to a golf club or anything else to ensure the tee does not go flying away.
