Dr. Fuhrman Women's Daily Multivitamin +D3, Vegan Whole Food, 120 Capsules

I am always searching for a good vitamin, one that will be absorbed correctly into our body and actually do our body good. These vitamins have been really good for me. I feel more energy and can notice a difference when I take them and when I forget to take them. They are in a gelatin capsule form, and I usually have problems swallowing large pills, but I have not had any problems swallowing these capsules. I work in a doctor office and I would say 75% of our patients are asked to increase their Vitamin D, I love that this formula has Vitamin D3. I also love Dr Fuhrman's philosophy of health and nutrition, and I trust that he would only put the best ingredients into his own vitamins. I take two capsules each morning with breakfast, and I ask my 12 year old daughter to take them as well. One thing I have noticed, as was said by another reviewer, is that sometimes there is a small aftertaste, or it is like some of the powder comes back up through the throat, however, it has not been bad and it is totally worth that little annoyance (it has only happened about 3 or 4 times out of the month) as the results are me feeling energized, happier and better. I will be buying these again next month and I do recommend them to my family and friends!

I was looking for a multiple vitamin that does not have vitamin A in it as you do not want to keep taking the A vitamin as it stores in your body. There are plenty of foods that have vitamin A that you can benefit from without supplementing. These vitamins have saved my life. I went for a blood test and my doctor failed to let me know that not only was I deficient in Vitamin D but i was also deficient in B12 and Iron. Can't trust doctors much these days except doctors like Dr. Fuhrman who knows about nutrition. This multiple gives you low doses of vitamins that most folks are deficient in without overdosing you. Another ingredient it has is Iodine. You will most likely not find Iodine in any other multiple. Deficiency of Iodine is a major cause of Thyroid disorders. Good majority of the population have a thyroid disorder without even knowing it. Thank god this multiple also had B12 which has corrected my deficiency which i was unaware off. It also has vitamin D3 along with vitamin K. The K vitamin has to be present for your body to be able to utilize the D. In addition I had to also take large doses of the D3 which I have supplemented with Solgar vitamin since I was severely deficient . As far as Iron goes I got the Floradix Iron and Herbs which has a natural plant extracts of Iron. My last blood test came back perfect and I had to actually stop taking vitamins all together as i have built up on all of them. I have gotten the men's multiple for my sons as I know our diets do not have enough vitamins to keep us healthy

I’ve been taking Dr. Fuhrman’s vitamins for 7-8 years. They are the only multivitamin I will take! Yes, they are very expensive, but his formulations are made from high quality ingredients and well worth the price. The suggested dosage is 2 capsules per day, but I have an incredibly healthy diet so I feel comfortable taking just one capsule per day. That way, one bottle lasts twice as long.

I know it seems pricey however you get what you pay for. I noticed the difference on how I felt after taking for about 3 weeks. I like to run really early in the morning so I felt the difference with more energy, how my joints felt and quick recovery. This is literally the only supplement I have taken that I felt the difference quickly. I do take other supplements to complement this product. It's now part of my daily vitamin intake. I swear by these vitamins. A naturopath recommended them as they have all the things us women in our 30-50’s need and I have been taking them for almost 10 years.

Huge pills and you must take two. I take with food because they go down easier.
