SWEETV 1920s Headpiece Flapper Headband, Rhinestone Pearl Feather Hair Band Great Gatsby Headpiece Accessoreis for Women,Champagne

I bought this piece and another similar one from another vendor because I couldn't make up my mind from the pictures. I received them both next day. I opened the other one first and fell absolutely in love. This piece is even more stunning. The rhinestones are perfect and the brooch is well secured and covered with felt on the back, leaving it extremely comfortable. It is so beautiful that I didn't notice right away that it *appeared* that it did not come with ostrich feathers as the seller's and customer pictures show. I was pretty disappointed for about 30 seconds. It turns out that it does have two ostrich feathers. One of them, frankly, is skimpy and the other just needed to be fluffed. But even with that, this is a five star piece. The headband fits my pretty average-sized head (my head is a bit toward the smaller side of average) but I will probably tighten up the elastic to make it feel more secure (it is already secure - it's just a step for my peace of mind.) A little more than half of the headband is rhinestone chain. Such sparkle and shine! It really is dazzling. The rest, of course, is the elastic. This is high-quality elastic- similar to what you would find on a high-end bra. It's about 3/8th" wide, has good memory, and is very comfortable to wear. And I haven't even mentioned the price yet! This was a steal. The price is so much more than fair. It really makes me happy to find such a high-quality item at such a fair price. I am an expert seamstress and costume designer and I would not hesitate to put this on an actor (perhaps with a couple of bobby pins if it's a musical!) with the expectation that with reasonable care it would last a very, very long time and I would hear no complaints about it being uncomfortable. I'd be more concerned about it "disappearing" at the end of a run... I will not hesitate to purchase from SWEETV in the future. (I popped over the SWEETV's Amazon store and already have a wishlist!) They have earned my trust with this beautiful, high-quality piece. I say, go ahead and get it. You won't be disappointed. (Go for the "emerald" – it's a masterpiece!)

I got lots of compliments wearing it with my flapper dress. I have an unusually small had and it still stayed on well. The feathers were not quite as full or fluffy I guess as in the photo, but the jewelled pieces were true to photo and sturdy. Did not feel cheap at all.

It was a great value for the money. At first glance, I thought some of the feathers were a little smooshed, but after getting it out of the packaging and putting it on, it looked good. The only thing I didn’t like was the stretchy band on the backside was silver while the front embellishments had warmer colors. I got around that by pulling some of my hair in the back over top of that part of the headband to hide it. I used a few bobby pins to secure it and it stayed on all night. Overall, I thought it was a great buy. It fit well and I received many compliments.

Beautiful and just what my daughter needed for a play. I will say be aware of the fact that after one production (several hours of wear) you will have the beginnings of a black line across your forehead. After multiple dress rehearsals and several shows, my daughter’s forehead is tarnished. Lol. Really great though.

This piece is unique and very pretty. I like the bronze and champagne color, it was a nice compliment to my very blonde hair and fair complexion. One of the feathers arrived damaged with some kind of streaks in it but I did not have enough time to replace so I wore it anyways. Fit was great without any pins and it did not turn my skin green. Over the course of the night, the two strands would seperate, unknown to me, and it looks a little silly in some photos.

Very pretty! I will be using this for a 1920's themed event and it is perfect.
