Worst product and service experience
Worst product and especially the product service in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. I'm writing my honest opinion and the issues that I have faced so please look into this review before going for a purchase. I was planning to buy Philips but since with my budget I was getting this product I bought this trust me guys worst product purchased on April and it's been only 1.5months and product is showing error code and not even doing the fryer properly. I raised a request to service center and they raised service request for technician home visit and it's been almost 2 weeks now no one has come and when I called multiple times they saying the service request rejected and especially the service branch manager Anil, trust me guys he is the worst person I come across with all my online product experience. Don't know how to talk to customers and won't even pick up even if you call him. Not even a single time he answered in a week. If you're out of budget and badly need an airfryer please wait and purchase other products based on review but not this. I have experienced enough service technician trauma and hope you won't fall victim to this

Pathetic Service
Very very pathetic Service support. Please do not buy this pigeon product. No technician will visit even though you raise the request. My product got some issue and raised almost 4 requests and escalated aswell. But no luck. I suggest please don't go for this. Now I came to a situation what to do with this defective product.
