I have been searching for a healthy protein bar with very few ingredients that taste good. After spending a lot of money on bars that tasted good but loaded with unhealthy ingredients. I finally found exactly what I’ve been looking for when I found Kize.! The bars have only 5 ingredients, and they taste great! There is a wide range of flavors but the Almond Butter is my personal favorite.

Love the short, healthy ingredient list. Flavor was pretty good, although a little too sweet.

I liked the size, taste, flavor, high quality, high protein, gluten free, and minimal quality real food ingredients. The philosophy of the company is significant in that they are helping people change the quality of their lives for the better locally and in strife- filled Haiti.

We enjoy the flavor and how healthy these bars are. They're a great healthy snack to keep you going during a long workday. The bars arrived in good condition and are fresh. Will be ordering more in the future.

I Love how simple yet delicious these bars are- I can literally taste every ingredient (the flavors of almond butter, oats, honey and coconut are perfectly balanced!) I also love how purchasing this bar helps others in need.

These are definitely a better option for clean eating! Plus they are gluten free, which is the only way I can eat. The almond butter was in a variety pack that I tried a while back and I liked it then, but these seem kind of dry compared to what I recall. I think the peanut butter honey is still my favorite.
