Not Working as Expected – Very Disappointed
I am very disappointed with this purchase. When I first started using the laptop, the battery was completely drained. After charging, the battery now discharges extremely fast. The fan runs at very high speed and noisy, and the laptop heats up quickly even during normal use. In addition, important drivers were not installed, and the screen occasionally flickers. Because of these issues, the device does not appear to be in proper working condition. This is not what I expected from a new/refurbished product. I am requesting an immediate return and refund. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

Kindly double check the item before you deliver
the item delivered to me was good but unfortunately output speaker is not working, you need to connect it to bluetooth to enable the sounds to be heard but i just settled with it coz i knew from the beginning that I purchased a refurbished product.

Not satisfied at all from amazone
Ist day I got the item and it’s refurbish item and still it has issue and the laptop is getting on and off again and again it’s been repaired then again put it on sale and still selling faulty item what is going on with amazone services ????? Refurbished means it well checked and ready to use but it’s not I’m very disappointed

Great laptop for a very good price
This laptop is literally a steal. Not only does it have a touch screen, but the keyboard is also backlit, which means that you can work on the laptop in limited or no light at all. In addition, The16GB of memory make it fast when surfing the internet or working locally. Overall, this is a fantastic laptop to have for the price. It has everything anyone would want when looking for an affordable laptop that is also fast and reliable.

Freezes!
The laptop freezes all the time and even when it doesn't, the touchpad stops working so I have to rely on the touchscreen. When you turn the laptop on, it would occasionally show this screen as seen in the first image attached below. Upon further research, I found it necessary to reinstall Windows. Upon doing so, the message on the screen as seen in the first image stopped appearing but the freezes became more frequent and would occasionally lead to an error message saying "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart" with 0% below it and the error code as seen in the second image attached. It would then stay on that screen indefinitely until I manually powered it off. I'm tired of it and looking to replace it as soon as I can.
