This was easy to use, looked ice on side. Did good froth, however it does not heat milk up enough to make a latte or hot chocolate which was the reason for purchasing. Milk not hot enough to top up a normal coffee. So I was dissatisfied with that element of, however the frothing capability was good if you want frothy coffee, but again it's not very warm. I returned the product as did not meet my needs.

Good if you like your latte's 'mildly' warm. But that's the best you're going to get with this. If you want your milk even remotely hot, you'll have to buy something else.

Great frother and a perfect temperature for me and my family. We don't make coffees, mochas or hot chocolates any other way now. Highly recommend!
