Good quality
Good quality product. Bought to help with blood sugar and cholesterol levels and things, to go along with my diet and exercise regime. With all these combined, my levels have definitely decreased a lot

My cholesterol was down after 2 months on this cinnamon!
My cholesterol was elevated and I did not want to take a statin drug so I tried cinnamon. I had tried dieting and fish oil but my cholesterol did not go down. After a couple months on this cinnamon with no diet change (I just can't seem to lose weight), my cholesterol was down enough that my PCP did not threaten me with statins again. I will have it checked again in July after being on the cinnamon for 8 months and make my determination if it is worth continuing. Fingers crossed!
