Does the moisturizer work good under makeup?

It’s not an ideal choice to use under makeup. It leaves a lotion feel to the skin. It’s not unpleasant and it is moisturizing (and a real bargain, it will last for months), but it’s a better night time moisturizer. Additionally, there is no SPF.

Can people with normal skin use this product?

I think they can, I have very sensitive skin and it works great for me. This moisturizer is very hydrating without being oily so I believe all types of skin are safe with this product. I personally only use it overnight right after I take a shower and helps with my facial redness.

Mine was delivered without an inner seal or exterior seal. ? Did it come like that?

I purchased mine at a store. No interior seal, and they aren't completely full. The one I purchased had a small sticker on the outside.

Leave on for 10 minutes and if needed tissue off excess.
