For a the past several years I had been buying wire-mesh hair catchers for my shower. They functioned well for a while, but always started breaking within a few months and then I would have to buy another one. This hair catcher functions just as well but seems much more durable. I have had it for over a month now and it does not seem to be showing any signs of weakness. It fits the standard size drain in my shower perfectly and seems to be catching all the hair. The only “negative” is that it does fill up with hair rather quickly, which can block the water from draining. However, I don’t think that is such a bad thing. I just reach down and empty the hair into a small trash can that I have placed next to my shower, and then put it back into the drain to continue my shower. The fact that it is filling up means that it is catching all the hair, right? I suppose they could have designed it with a deeper cup area, but I suspect that might cause it to not fit properly in the drain. Therefore, I conclude that it works well, seems very durable, and I can live with needing to empty the hair out once during the middle of the shower, and again at the end. That used to often happen with my old wire-mesh hair catchers as well. Seems to me like this is a solid product that works well.

These work great in our tub and sink....and they are well made!

I don't really use the big metal plug things in my bathroom sinks because they're clunky and they just get in my way. But I lost an earring down the drain once, and I'm always worried that I'll lose an air pod or something else while I'm brushing my teeth. I had bought a different kind of bathroom sink strainer before, and they were really annoying to clean because the "net" part was made of flimsy metal mesh. The metal mesh net part bent out of shape, rusted, and broke in spots, so that it would poke me when I tried to clean them out. These are great and they fit the standard bathroom sink drain perfectly. They even catch hair. They're easy to wipe clean, and they look nice. Just clean-looking, shiny metal.

These are perfect for the bathroom drain and also the kitchen drain. They fit both.

This product is ok. It does its job, but you have to keep removing the hair out from it to drain while bathing. It’s annoying.

I have an issue with drain flies, and I bought this product as a way to help solve the issue. It works great, but I wish that it was a little shorter. But overall satisfied.

Works really well in an older bath waste. (Do check the measurements provided carefully beforehand, just to be sure it will fit your set up .... ). Catches longer hair. Drains easily. More effective that a "shroom" style catcher. Very easy to clean.

I wish I would have bought this years ago. It sits perfectly in my old ugly tub drain and catches hair very well. A simple tap on the bottom of the strainer will easily release the hair into the garbage. The other rubber strainers I used would have the hair wrapped around it making it messy and gross to remove the hair. For such a simple product, I was super happy I bought it!
