Best flour for baking sponges, cakes
It's a fine flour (type 500) I only use this one for my bakes Also it's amazing if I do dumplings of any kind. It's not a "fancy" flour If you research you kind find out flour have different types. Depends on what your making :-) I can recommend this for baking cakes 100% If you translate this one is specific "cake flour"
