Kavos aparatas Delonghi Magnifica Evo ECAM290.81.TB

Bought this to replace an old De Longhi, which we’d been very happy with. However, set up is a nightmare. Instructions are appalling. It took absolutely ages to set up and then developed a fault with the frother within a week. On checking de longhi’s website it seems this is a common fault! Customer services is non existent. We tried calling twice and were just on hold for nearly an hour each time before giving up. We’d bought this in a well known store, so just took it back. Replaced it with a Siemens machine from Amazon, which is fantastic. The coffee was good when we’d initially got it set up, but not as good as our old one or the Siemens. Do your research before considering this machine. Not recommended

Excellent machine. Easy to use once you have got the settings correct to make a good cup of coffee.

Perfect and easy to use at a great price

I love this machine. Since we bought it our coffee consumption doubled as it makes really delicious coffee. It's easy to use. Has few moving pieces and does not require too much maintenence. The option of using already ground coffee is a plus. Two downsides: if you ground the coffee too fine, the machine cannot really handle it and creates a messy watery waste. The second downside is that you cannot contorl the milk temperature and the standard temperature is pretty low. Otherwise, I highly recommend it for the quality of its brewed coffee.
