Comparabe to Urolithin A caps?
The active ingredient in Pomella will turn into Urolithin A in the colon -- if you have the right gut bacteria. Do I have that? Not sure. But this was definitely more affordable than any of the quality UA supplements out there. I mix this with 30 grams of collagen powder as filler [or just 15 grams if you want it double strength] and encapsulate into 00 size capsules and it turns into about 180 capsules at regular strength and 90 capsules at double strength. So for the price, i get about 3 or 6 months of capsules for a third of the price of one bottle of a quality Urolithin A. Not saying this is the same as UA, no, no, but a cost-effective alternative that may have comparable benefit.

After research I determined that this was a perfect replacement for the pomegraantt juice I had been drinking
After research I determined that this was a perfect replacement for the pomegranate juice I had been drinking. Plus, using this product would mean that I would not be consuming sugar and other additives that are in juice thereby making ithis product much better for me. The trick was to make the one time purchase of a gram scale. The powder is easy to weigh using the tweezers supplied with the gram scale. Once weighed I put the powder in water and drink it. It is slightly bitter and to me this is good because it means that I am getting the benefits of the pure pomegranate. Thank you for this wonderful product.

Great Product! Backed by Science.
Great product with amazing studies backing it's claims! Can't recommend it highly enough. Also love that this company third party tests their products for purity so that I know I am taking what's on the label. You will need to measure this yourself with a milligram scale. If you don't want to that, than just buy the capsules in the same brand.

Great product and addition to my smoothie. Requires very little and lasts a long time. I just use a level 1\16 teaspoon.
