Works ok but not what I expected

Better than factory!
I put this on my HomePatrol II and it brought it to life! The factory antenna kept falling over, so I took a chance on this. WAY better than the OEM. I'm hearing things I never knew were out there. It's almost like I put this antenna 40' in the air. It really opened up the 800 and 900 bands! I wish I had it years ago.

Not a great antenna
Purchased to use with Uniden HomePartol 1. Looks great but does not receive signal as well the tiny, broken factory antenna that came with the unit.

Great for 800-900mhz!
Works great on the hackRF. Probably not as great as a rubber ducky but it gets the job done.

Great 800 MHz signal reception.
I am in Ohio where every county now uses the Ohio MARCS P-25 system. I am receiving several counties away with my PSR-800 scanner. It also seems to cut down the Simulcast Digital Distortion caused by multiple towers sites within counties. Definitely worth the price investment. I like to hear everything I can.
