After 2 months this product failed.

Seem as good as OEM, interested to see how long they last.

I had one OEM give up on me. The replacement was straightforward and so far they work great.

This is worse than the 13 year old oem lift support. It is missing range on lifting the gate, it should open another eight inches or so. And when closing it drops quickly on the last 8 inches of closing, it has no support power left, so the door slams shut. This is for a motor assured lift gate.

The struts fit a 2012 Audi Q5 as advertised. They were straight forward to replace. Unfortunately, replacing the struts uncovered a larger problem. The driver side lift gate power module was the culprit of my malfunctioning lift gate. Because of this I'm not able to give you a definitive answer if the struts performed as required.

These work great. It was my fault my stock ones stopped working (long story) and these have been a great replacement. Have had them in since ordering in March and they work well, just like OEM.

These are not strong enough to support the rear hatch on my 2015 Audi Q7. They should probably be strong enough for a Q5, but definitely not a Q7 These are smaller diameter and weakerthan the original Q7 struts so I sent them back

Replaced hatch door struts in minutes. Simple job and an easy fix for rear hatch not staying open. Perfect fit for my Audi Q5

OEM failed and bought these as a replacement. They will not open tailgate all the way despite resetting to the fully open position. Don’t waste your time or money.
