Do Sailor fountain pens have wetter or drier nibs compared to Pilot Custom 74/823?

I don't know about the Pilot 74, but I would say my Sailor is slightly more wet than average. For me, that's a good thing. It's a beautiful pen and writes well. Mine is a deep green that looks better than the picture. It feels 'right' in my hand, but I have smaller than average hands.

Is this the Yukitsubaki model?

Nope. The pen is the meigetsu one.
