How can I determine the 5 grams accurately? Is the box dividing to small bags ? , each bag = 5 grams? Or what ?!

Use the plastic scoop inside the can, it is a 5g measure for the product. If there isn't one that came with the product, you will have to weigh out a 5g portion and use that for your serving. You may have to fish around for the scoop inside the powder in the can, but it should be there. Serving size is by weight so the most accurate way is using a scale so you can see what 5g of this particular product looks like.

It won’t blend. It’s only for use with water. And it still doesn’t dissolve all the way. What I do is put it in a small cup of water. Like really small. And stir it really fast then drink it like a shot.
