Years ago I did some research when I learned about Shilajit. It has a very high percentage of fulvic acid in it and I knew it to be a good substance for the body. Through the years, off and on, I have used the actual substance that comes naturally whereby it is stirred into a warm liquid to melt it and then drink. I guess my impatience always had me stopping because it was a process to go through in order to drink it each day. I was happy to see it in capsule form by Double Wood supplements because I like and use a few of their supplements each day. So, I gave it a try. This is an easier way to take this supplement in order to get the benefits. There are numerous benefits to Shilajit including giving energy to the body, helping the immune system, helping pain, managing diabetes, fighting inflammation, keeping viruses at bay, and so many other good benefits. I have found increased energy and it is much easier to consume than the other type and I really believe the longer I take it the more benefits I will receive.

I am now on bottle number 2. I've read a lot, and wanted to be patient and give the product the benefit of working. The first two to three weeks, I really didn't notice any differences. However, after around week 4, I was experiencing positive results. In the ned room, I was very pleased with my performance increases. Let me say that again, very pleased. Stronger and longer erections make any man feel better. I've tried the prescription products, and never really enjoyed them. Now I am able to perform whenever...... No scheduling taking a pill and waiting 90 minutes. LETS GO NOW! lol My energy levels are full throttle all day long.I work full time. One note: I do take all medication with food this included in the morning. By being more active, I've even lost a few badly needed pounds. I’ve been taking these Shilajit capsules for just a week, and I can already feel the difference. I originally bought them because I often wake up feeling low on energy, especially in the mornings. I think it is a beneficial supplement but I have not noticed much difference in myself.

First, I just want to say this company, Double Wood, has earned both my respect and loyalty. Their products are quality. I'm not being paid squat to write this review. I am also battling severe Major Depressive Disorder with anhedonia. I've not been in a friendly mood, lately. So, if I took time to sing praises for a company, you can be sure it's because they have solidly earned it. I have ordered many supplements from this company, some which were effective and some which were a miss, not because they didn't work but because they weren't the right one for my condition. All of them came on time, bottles and capsules intact and not expired. ** No supplement is a substitute for professional treatment. That's why they're called "supplements". As long as you have cleared it with your doctor to rule out any possible interactions, they make a useful addition to a treatment. The med I'm on doesn't interact with anything. ** Onto the Shilajit: Shilajit isn't a miracle supplement. I didn't expect it be. However, it did exceed my expectations. I got my libido back. I can kinda feel emotions and cry but I'm not 100%. Still numb and exhausted most of the time but, with rest and healthier eating, this supplement helps, at least, a small amount. My doctor has me on another off-label medicine. It's doing what it can but it's not enough on its own. This is common. I am definitely going to order more of this supplement as it helps with no unpleasant side effects.
