I absolutely love these over your typical pre-workout, because your typical pre-workout you have to use at least 8-12 ounces of water and all that liquid in my stomach swashing around is not a very comfortable feeling. I also tend to have to use the bathroom multiple times when drinking a pre-workout, with this little shot it really does help me out a lot! The value is pretty good, and it is very effective, so I would definitely recommend. However, the taste is very bitter and I would say it is not very good at all, however, I suck it up and drink it anyways just because it’s a great product. The taste is the only reason I took off one star.

I was not going to say anything after the first time this happened but this morning I opened a new box of Frog Fuel and for the second time some of the packs have split and the fuel was stuck all over the rest. It seems that the seals are not up to the job. A waste of several packs and a bit of a sticky mess.
