Authenticity of product
The product arrived with no packaging or safety seal. Since the cap can be easily opened, anyone could have tampered with or refilled the contents. I have serious doubts about the product's authenticity.

This is the second time my order has arrived with a major leak, resulting in losing about 25% of the body wash inside the packaging. While the product itself is excellent, the shipping and packaging deserve zero stars.
