Men's Waterproof Lightweight Hiking Boots

Super picky on foot wear here. I’m about to do some extensive walking in Mexico and wanted something water proof and lightweight but rugged. The fit is perfect and has great ankle support without spots that are too tight or too loose. Very snug. I like the lace grommets at the top that let me untie then kick off without having to loosen the bottom lacing. The stitching is uniform and well done. I have little doubt these will last. This was a great buy!

I've been pleasantly surprised by these NORTIV 8 hiking boots. I spend a lot of my free time hiking in the mountains of North Georgia, and most of my hikes are between **6 and 8 miles** over rocky, uneven terrain with plenty of elevation changes. Many of the trails I hike also require crossing streams or navigating muddy sections, so I needed a boot that could handle a variety of conditions. So far, these boots have been outstanding. Right out of the box, they were comfortable with very little break-in period. The cushioning has been excellent, even after spending several hours on the trail. The ankle support is just right—secure enough for rough terrain without feeling stiff or restrictive. The traction has also impressed me. I've hiked over loose gravel, exposed tree roots, rocky trails, wet leaves, and creek crossings, and the boots have maintained solid footing throughout. I haven't experienced any slipping that made me question my footing. One of the biggest reasons I purchased these boots was the waterproof protection, and they've lived up to my expectations. I've crossed several shallow streams and walked through wet grass and muddy areas without ending up with wet feet. That's a huge plus when you're several miles from the trailhead. Another thing I've appreciated is how lightweight they feel compared to some heavier hiking boots I've owned. After hiking 6 to 8 miles, my feet don't feel as fatigued as they have with bulkier boots. For the price, I honestly think these boots offer exceptional value. Are they built exactly like a $180 premium hiking boot? Probably not. But for casual to moderate day hiking, they've performed far better than I expected and have given me plenty of confidence on the trail. If you're looking for a comfortable, waterproof hiking boot for day hikes, state parks, mountain trails, or weekend adventures without spending a fortune, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these. So far, they've exceeded my expectations, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

They fit to size. I was very happy with my first order and they wore in nicely and had a pretty good life span, so ordered another pair. Gave only a 4 because the material did break down after some time near the bending points but I’m not easy on my shoes. Would order again!

I’ve bought many pair of boots. I usually buy DeWalt boots or caterpillar boots but let me tell you these boots are 100% bad ass and I’m gonna buy another set because they’re so cheap. These things are built so good I swear I feel like I’m wearing my DeWalt boots. They’re so sturdy and comfortable. They’re my new favorites. I’m not joking. I’m gonna buy another pair because you know what happens when he likes something. It goes away by these I promise you’ll love them.

Well made and durable. Great for hiking around trails. Just stuff enough to support your ankles but not so stiff you can't run! So far the waterproofing is holding up well with walking through small streams and dew in the grass!

great boots...well made ..i bought years ago other brand timberlands..sole came off the front..spent then 120$ , never again,then just a few years ago wolverinfes ..on onee boot the black rubber came off in the middle i would leave rubber marks on my car door sill and house wood floors..they were supposed vyo be great ..$85 but waterproof and basically just wore if raining hard winter or snow..ssshhh well i got wide feet and i got my usual shoe size 11 w...these are quality and feel it and boots fit true to size and wearing them were comfortable out the box i can spread my toes and i got room..impressed me..before these i ordered a another set of wolverines looked strong got them they weughed like you could buy my feet were in it snug and the weight was crazy .also steel toe..my bad sent them back next day annd ordered these..good laces and how they work..and they were on sale for 43 from 60..5 stars ..pray they dont bum me out but i think these are going to work i was suprised how well made and modern the design ...id recommend these to ppl w knee issues like i got..

Better than expected I’ve only had him a few days. They seemed a little tight in the tow box at first, but it took them out went for 2 mile walk come back and decided they had plenty of room. I just needed to recommend a little bit fairly lightweight seem to They will last the upper is not fabric as I thought it’s a leather material that feels more like leather than the slick plastic stuff we usually see size are lined nicely. The insole is appears to be quality. They’re comfortable a little stiff, but that’s already broken and some so I think after a few days of where the illusion up a lot I switched from Timberland‘s to these because the last pair of Timberland’s I bought one of the more expensive pears with fabric, cause I couldn’t find my flume Timberland’s the soul separated from the boot on both boots. I glued it back when they separated in a different spot. I’m still gluing them back still wearing them, but they’ve turned into my work boots Hoping they’ll make it another season past. Timberland had lasted eight years with heavy use and no alterations or gluing needed they just aren’t making them like they used to as With most everything else. I hear there’s some old style Timberland out there for sale at Costco that still have the zone on so Like the old-school ones I’ll probably pick up a pair of those to see
