This is a real solid, potent nootropic. I have a ton of experience with various types of nootropics from research chemicals to natural herbal types and this stuff really has a profound noticeable effect on me mentally. I use it toward the end of the day to help with some of the detrimental effects of stimulant medication. But I never expected the type of mental clarity I would get from it. It also smells and tastes much better than other forms of NAC I have tried in the past. I have been using it for about a month now. The only negative effect I seem to be experiencing is anhedonia, which NAC is actually known for apparently. Probably going to start using it more sporadically due to this factor but all in all, I definitely would recommend this product to others especially if you are worried about glutamate toxicity. Also it seems to help with some of the negative mental effects of alcohol. I have been taking it after I have a few drinks and my mind and body feel pretty normal the next day. (Talking 4 drinks or under, don’t expect hangover prevention if you are getting legit sauced)

Just got these, so excited to see if they fill all claims. Smaller than most capsule which is a plus, since have trouble swallowing. Started taking 2 a day today. Will get back with a review after a month. One thing if you cant take capsules you do not want to open these to mix in a drink. Unfortunately they smell really bad and strong not sure which ingredient does that. Even when putting in mouth to swallow the capsule itself tastes awful. Want to swallow fast. Wish that could be improved upon. But if it does what it says will be worth forcing fown twice a day. As said will update review in a month. Hoping to start seeing improvement in health. I'm 66 and have noticed dry skin, age spots, arthritis problems. Hoping this will helping age better.

I did a lot of research on this item, the combination of supplements, and this company seemed to have what I wanted. I'm not saying it didn't work, I took 2 months' worth of supplements, and I really didn't see a change in my health, which was disappointing, But I am in menopause right now, so maybe I am needing more supplements in other areas to make this product work more effectively. To me it was worth the try.

I supplemented with 1 pill per day of GlyNAC-ET for a couple months. Before and during most of that time I tended toward constipation and used psyllium to counter it. However, very suddenly after taking GlyNAC-ET for about 2 months I developed extreme diarrhea, that I would call Hershey skirts. Came out like water and chunks. Every morning I had to urgently get to the toilet. I thought this was due to traveling but it persisted about 7 weeks. Finally, I began to suspect the new supplement and stopped taking it. Well after stopping about 6 days I went back to normal tendency toward constipation and started needed some psyllium. I suppose to be scientific I should repeat inducing the diarrhea but am too afraid for now. Update 4/17/2025: Have reproduced the diarrhea problem again. Took only 5 days to cause same problem using GlyNAC-ET. Won't touch this product again. Will go back and try normal NAC next. Think it was not problem when I was taking DoubleWood ordinary NAC.
