Good quality sound
The product is good and good sound quality and clarity. First order delivery happened. Product was acting funny with one side bud not charging and showing drained. But Amazon exchanged it within 2 days and the product is perfect. Seems like when you update the software product acted funny. I have not updated the software and it’s working fine. I am happy with the product

Charging case stopped working.
The charging case has stopped charging. How is it that a JBL pair of earphones stops working after just 2 months of use? Extremely unhappy with this purchase. please provide a full refund for this as this isn't acceptable from Amazon!!!

JBL earbuds is good, comfy to wear and sound quality is perfect but the sound volume is not enough. overoll JBL Tune Flex True earbuds is good.

Quality and comfortable

Excelentes fones “earbuds” (não entram no ouvido)
Excelente fone e marca. Eu não consigo me adaptar a fones “in ear”, aqueles que entram no ouvido, logo esse foi o único modelo de marcas de qualidade, além dos da maçã, que eu encontrei. Algumas pontuações: - Pro meu gosto realmente o som é “baixo”, mas entendo que isso é pessoal. - Não me adaptei ao fato de que ele só pareia com um dispositivo por vez (você tem que desconectar para conectar em outro). - Na minha experiência o “cancelamento de ruído” não foi perceptível; mas há de se atentar que o fone não é “in ear”, o que pode influenciar. Então assim, funciona com dispositivos Apple tranquilamente, só não tem a praticidade de de quando se usa os da própria marca.
