Instructions are ridiculously bad. Days Jung's like "go to comm". Yet there seems to be no way to do that. I tried the video and it said the video is unavailable. Piece of junk.

I recently needed to buy a new time card machine and spent some time browsing the options on Amazon. Unfortunately, most of the machines had low ratings of 4.0 or less, and those with higher ratings usually only had one or two reviews. Eventually, I decided to try the NGTeco time lock machine. The setup process was straightforward, and the device's face capturing feature was quick and responsive. I was thoroughly impressed with it. One of the best things about this machine is that you can use the app to view who has clocked in late. I did have some trouble with the mobile app generating reports. However, when I contacted their customer support via email, Isaac was able to provide an updated firmware that resolved the issue. Their email support was excellent. Overall, I am very happy with this machine. Both the fingerprint and face scanning features are quick and responsive, and generating reports is easy. I highly recommend this budget-friendly time card machine.

The customer service is top notch! Isaac is great and has always made himself available for even the smallest questions and resolved all issues from set up to making sure my system is running correctly. Even though the timecard machine and some functions is getting better with each upgrade, with Isaac there to help, there wasn't a worry. I can't wait until the system is even easier to use and look forward to the next product to make my life easier. Thanks again Isaac!

Setting up the product was a bad experience. The instructions were unclear and several of the pages were printed out of order. You need a 2.4ghz connection with phone and the device to actually connect to anything, but nowhere in the website or instructions does it mention that as an issue. Customer support did not pick up the phone after waiting 2 hours. The software itself does not work, when I ran the reports it would skip the first of the month and some dates after. The formatting of the reports is also awful and difficult to read. You can't access the reports remotely, you need to be on the same network. There is no PC software. Facial Recognition worked, but overall this product failed to perform basic time clock actions. Would not recommend to anyone.

Just received the MB2 today and directly called customer services to help set it up. Spoke with Alex who was absolutely amazing and patient, he walked me through the whole process without any trouble at all and waited patiently while I explored and figured it out. He gave me information I didn't even know I need. Thanks Alex. We've gone thought quite a few time card machines over the years (mostly very expensive) this time we thought we'd try this low cost option. We're not using any of the fancy features not connecting it to wifi or using the app-- just solely for the punches. Alex walked me through the process of exporting the info out of the devise with a USB and imputing it into a spread sheet on my computer. Very Very easy. Hope this continues to work for the long run. So far so good

This was working well, until it completely died. No power to the unit - replaced cord, still no power. Disappointed in the high price for it to be broken already. Would leave zero stars if I could. Update: company reached out asking if I wanted a refund for my experience. I said yes, more than 4 weeks later the refund has not been issued.
