I am taken Strontium for osteoporosis. This is a natural supplement that is much better that any prescribed medication. You have to take 2:1 calcium: strontium and take your calcium several hours apart of strontium .I have taken this for 4 months . I noticed that a pain I had in my gums disappear totally . High hopes for Algaecal
I’ve heard nothing but good about AlgaeCal products so I’m taking this as well as AlgaeCal Plus. Doesn’t upset my stomach . You just have to make sure the strontium is taken at a different time. Looking forward to a new bone density test to tell if it works!

Effective for bone health
I bought this for my mom who just broke her leg and arm. I can not say this is 100% effective but after taking it everyday she said she can feel the bone is itchy and pain feels like the bone is growing. I will have my mom keep taking it and see how it goes.
