Mann Lake Bee-Pro Patties, High Protein Honey Bee Nutrition, 10 Lbs

I am very satisfied with this bee feed. It gave my colonies a strong start in the spring and helped them build up quickly after winter. Thanks to this supplement, my bees were healthy, active, and produced a great amount of spring honey. The patties were easy to use, and the bees readily accepted them. I will definitely purchase this product again and highly recommend it to other beekeepers.

I am sure these are fine but the bees didn't really seem to go for them. Later that year the bees swarmed off anyhow and now I have a giant box of patties left over. The joys of beekeeping! :D

Love this product! I use it in the fall and spring to support a healthy hive. It gives them the resources to grow and sustain the hive helping to minimize lose of bee's.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good for the bees! I use these (not exclusively) for feeding overwinter.

I got a great deal on these pollen patties, but bought more than my two hives could eat. I wrapped the unused patties in a freezer bag and store them in my freezer. In the spring, each hive can eat half a patty per week. As flowers become abundant, they move on to other food. The frozen patties keep over winter if you have leftovers.
