Great quality and beautiful
Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase! Shipment arrived ahead of schedule, very well packaged and easy to put together - about 20 minutes per chair (we laid them on our kitchen island which made it much easier to assemble). The Pewter Grey is more taupe/tan and more attractive than I had expected. Light weight but very solid construction. The fabric is heavy and should wear very well, perfect height and comfortable (smaller seat than my previous dinning chairs, but plenty sitting space). So many compliments from friends an family, I highly recommend these beautiful chairs!!

Perfect! They are gorgeous!!
These were the perfect chairs to pair with my new reclaimed wood table. Not every dining room can handle the busy print of chevron, but this turned out so gorgeous! The chairs were great quality, and are really comfy! They were very easy to put together, and by the time I got to my 3rd chair I grabbed the drill (hands down, def use a drill just be careful not to overtighten), and I realized to change the order of the directions. After inserting dowl rod it says to insert the two screws that secures seat to back but don’t tighten, and then put in the final 4 screws. Those final 4 screws were not always easy to get lined up doing it that way. Do youself a favor. Dowl rod, 4 screws then 2 screws. You’ll need to lift the seat to see where the screw holes are for those 4 screws so you can line them up, so do those first and just screw them in a few turns so they don’t fall out, then do the final two and tighten everything down. Still... these chairs are wayyyyy easier to put together then many I’ve seen!!

Chairs look better than pictured
The two chairs arrived in one big box. The seats and the backs are separate. The backs come with two legs already attached. The lining underneath the seats are held in place with velcro and hide the pre-drilled holes. All screws are marked, instructions are clear but even without instructions, the assembly is straight forward because the screws are different sizes. Just keep sizes separate and it all comes together. I glanced at the instructions before putting the first chair together than didn't need it for the second chair. Total assembly time was less than 30 minutes. The seat cushions are domed and comfortable. The backs are slightly curved so provide good lower back support. All together these chairs are much nicer than the ones I currently have. I may buy two more and simply replace all my old ones.

Chair leg broke in less than 90 days
Got these 2 chairs about 2 1/2 months ago. At first, I was pleased. Pretty easy to assemble, looked good. But today, a leg broke. A relatively small person who weighs less than 130 lbs, tried to scoot the chair up and the wooden leg broke. Very disappointed. Have not even had these 90 days. These chairs have not had lots of use or wear and tear either.

Pretty much for "looks" only.
I purchased these two chairs to replace two very hard ladder back wooden chairs used with my dining room table. I was pleased to find these chairs - with such high reviews - at a price point that would not bankrupt me. The previous wooden chairs are not comfortable to sit on for an extended period of time. Pretty much through a meal and my tailbone and back would start to hurt. These new chairs are nice. Very easy to put together. Seem very sturdy. However, neither chair is "level" and both of them wobble against the floor when you rock back and forth in the chair. I am 5'9" and 180 pounds. Not an excessively large person. When I sit on these chairs, my thighs can "feel" the edges of the seat. My tailbone and my back did not hurt by the end of the meal, but I don't see myself sitting in these for an extended amount of time. For example, we enjoy sitting at the dining room table to play board games, dice, cards, etc. I don't think this chair would allow me to sit more than an hour. My elderly Mother lives with me - she is 5'3" and 150 pounds and says these chairs are fine for her. So I am going to wheel my office chair out to the dining room whenever we play our board games.I carefully read the measurements of these chairs prior to purchase. So I am not blaming these chairs for a lack of awareness. I simply need to be more cognizant of the way products are presented on Amazon and measure multiple times.I am not sure if the other positive reviewers are simply using these chairs for "looks" to make their dining room look pretty or fancy, but I guess dining room chairs are like pillows, cars and everything else: no one magic product for everyone. While assembling these chairs, the process caused me to feel these are very sturdy chairs. I still feel these are more for "show" than for daily use, but so many other reviewers say they like them.

Awesome!
These are awesome for the price! They arrived much sooner than expected and look way better in person than online. They're pretty easy to put together but I definitely recommend using a drill with an Allen wrench drill bit rather than hand screwing everything with the Allen wrenches provided, it'll save you a lot of time! I got 8 of these to pair with me $3,000 Restoration Hardware table and I think they look great.

Nice looking chairs... if you get all your parts
The chairs look nice. They are not very heavy, but appear to be pretty sturdy. I purchased four chairs (2 orders), they showed up days after the expected delivery date. I put the first two chairs together by myself no problem. Then, I noticed in the second box that there was no hardware included to put the chairs together. Initially, I was willing to keep the chairs and just call the number provided in the manual. Upon calling the company, I was redirected a few times and finally got a human. After we spoke, he told me I needed to send an email for my issue to be handled. I couldn't figure out the purpose of listing a number if you don't handle customer issues. I'll be returning these chairchairs and will search for others that meet our needs.
