I use it for a boot camp. I think it's good for yoga. It is very fitted (compression) so if you like loose fitting for yoga movements - it won't work.

I have a small chest and i’m worried if i ordered a bigger size i won’t have good support. also worried about the attach bra about tugging on back fat

I do not have that problem with this tank. It is meant to fit tight and I usually wear something over it anyways.

I’m 5’6” and 140 pounds. I usually wear a medium but I purchased a large and I really like the fit. Snug, but not too tight. I’d go with the xl. Good luck!!
