I'm 58, and was about 40 pounds overweight. I didn't consume these as directed. Instead, I took two pills every morning. I did't notice anything the first month, but given I had two bottles, I continued to use them. Starting in the 2nd month, I could see a visible difference. By the time I had taken them 3 months, I was surprised at how much weight I had lost. Initially, it was easy to go from 185 to 167. Then down to 152. A few more bottles, and I ended up at 138. I surmise that had I taken them as directed, I may have lost more weight sooner.

I love this product for helping go to the bathroom more consistently each day number 2. It definitely helps to remove waste from your stomach comfortably. With exercise and diet it will help you lose weight. The reviews saying it did nothing probably didn’t change their current habits in order to lose weight to begin with. It won’t make you lose weight by itself you need to work hard too. My packages have never come broken I’ve ordered a few times.

I was originally taking the product ab cuts. Pricing and quantity is a scam when it comes to their sales. This is a great alternative solution and has been great for those of us that have a sensitive stomach.

Did mess with my digestion but worked.

The product is easy to use and is a good value for the money. I’m losing weight. The best part it it doesn’t cause stomach issues. I tell my friends about the fat blocker’s effectiveness.

It does work. Works even better with a mix of excercise, eating healthier, buy a weightscale and you can see the pounds lost. U should see results in 2 to 3 weeks on the scale. On my 3 bottle now. Take 3 with breakfast and 3 with dinner ur set.

Had to come to leave this review. This has been for me a great help to lose weight and feel energized. I have used it 3 times and I feel very good about the results. It’s effectiveness will be visible faster when combined with a very low carb diet, rich in fiber and protein. I particularly cut sugar out of my diet and do lots of cardio and I lose 10 pounds within 7-10 days. I recommend it 💯. The picture is me after having a baby and using the product for 3 months
