The protein shake was very good easly to drink 250ml of water and one scoop of protein is good for body

I personally lost 6 kg with this though I was not regularly consumed still it worked it has l cartinine which helps to reduce weight by stimulating the body to burn fats quality was good and mixability was also good tastes was also good I have purchased chocolate flavour and talking about sugar content it's sugar free ....

Best thing are green tea, coffee,ginger,cinnamonun herbs are present for weight reducing, for artificial sweetner they use scuralose which help to intake low calories than sucrose. It contain all essential vitamins and minerals. So who unable intake proper diet regularly can use it. ISO 22000:2005 certified,WHO recommended and Good manufacturing practices (GMP) pass. You have to consume it with 300 ml milk

Just sweet. Not drinkable don't buy.
