I received the tablets quickly. Packaged nicely. Took one tablet about midday. Felt no difference in my eating habits but I knew it was too early to tell plus I had only taken one. That night I couldn’t sleep until about an hour before I was due to get up. I forgot to take on the next day and slept well that night. The following day I took two tablets with breakfast, once again felt no response. Buts it’s now 9am and I’ve been awake all night, haven’t felt tired at all. Still don’t feel tired. Think the tablets aren’t right for me. But everybody is different.

This pill definitely works! It has suppresed my appetite which has lead to a large weight loss in just the first week alongside healthy eating and exercise and a 12 hour night fast so no eating after 7pm . Before taking this pill I would be bad for snacking out of boredom and eating late at night so I was forever eating over my calories and feeling hungry, in Just one week I have lost 10lbs I am still shocked at the level how fast this has worked to reduce my urge of hunger, I take 1 tablet at around 8am with breakfast and a drink and another around 2/3pm with lunch. I have not noticed an increase in energy levels because I am already very active, also I would advise reducing caffeine in other ways whilst taking this pill so have decaffeinated tea or coffee instead later in the day. First of all I will start with the packaging and delivery which were both more than expected, the supplements are also of decent size and don’t carry a smell with them which I find some supplements do! delivery was before expected and the bottle is easy to store and lightweight for when away from home. The capsules themselves are great, the biggest difference I have found is energy and metabolism, I take one in the morning and on gym days I take one before I train. I have found a great increase in my stamina, I particularly enjoy using them before a run! Originally the purchase was to aid me in my weight loss journey, I currently work in the hospitals and therefore am expected to be active for 12.5 hours a shift, so far I have lost 12lbs (however I have not always been consistent! So I’m sure if I was there would be an even bigger weight loss). I will be continuing to use this product- there are 0 side effects in my experience- no jitters or stomach cramps etc which can be found amongst similar products. The effects I noticed felt very similar to taking caffeine or a mild pre-workout supplement, with a bit more energy and alertness during the day. Whether that translates into better weight management will probably depend far more on diet and activity levels than the capsules themselves. That said, I didn't have any issues taking them and they seemed to do what I expected from this type of product. Overall, they were fine for a bit of extra energy and motivation, but I wouldn't expect them to replace the fundamentals of healthy eating and exercise.

I get a serious boost of energy from them and it helped me to double my training session times which led to a faster fat loss. I did however take only one capsule all the time and did not increase the dosage to two. Be also mindful of how much caffeine or other stimulants you consume throughout the day in total.
